At this time we only ship to the United States. Our shipping rates are calculated directly from UPS to ensure accuracy of charges. We have made a few exceptions on orders outside of the United States but you will have to call to find out details.
Special shipping options that are not listed will have to be calculated manually to your order. You will have to contact us about the special shipping option you are needing.

Return Policy
Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY.
Defective merchandise return policy: Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date to receive instructions and return authorization number. Authorized returned merchandise needs to reach us within 20 days of delivery date.
We will gladly reimburse return ground shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns of defective merchandise. We will pay to ship authorized replacements via ground service only. Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to event date; this will help alleviate rush-shipping charges.
OOPs Return Policy: We want you to be happy with your purchase and to not hesitate to make a selection for fear that its not exactly what you expected. We understand that sometimes pictures and written descriptions just don't tell the whole story. Please call and ask any questions you can think of to be sure it's what you want. But in the event that upon receiving your order you are not happy with the product you ordered please e-mail us within 20 days of your purchase date for a return authorization number and instructions. The purchase price is 100% refundable for unused goods still in original package. Unfortunately shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
